The Habitué

The Habitué is a collection of notes from the roaster, the road, and the counter. Observations on coffee and craft, on repetition and refinement, on why certain places endure while others merely appear. Some entries will concern beans and water and heat. Others will drift toward time, travel, weather, and the quiet social rituals that form around a shared table.
