Warm desert spice and classic chocolate, with a subtle sparkle underneath. Comfort with a twist. A reminder that not all complexity needs to announce itself loudly.

Inspired the by rocky terrain of the Mojave. Smooth, low in acidity, quietly sweet. Roasted to remain expressive without becoming heavy. Available for batch brew and to take home.

This is the outlier. Floral, aromatic, fruit-driven. Designed for slower tasting and especially compelling as cold brew. Curious without being aggressive. For those who like their coffee to ask a question.
